Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
Great light meal, with a few modifications. As others did, I sauteed the chicken with garlic and spices to add flavor, added mushrooms and onions, and increased the amount of parmesan to 1/3 cup and mixed it into the pasta before serving. Filling but not heavy. We'll add this to our regular rotation.
