Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
This is the best turkey I have ever made!! Very moist and flavorful. I did add the butter to the legs as well and also used 1/2 the amount of seasoning salt. As it was it was borderline "salty" but AWESOME. I don't dread Thanksgiving any more.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
Tasty, moist chicken. I cooked it in a clay pot (450 degrees) for 30 minutes and then added carrots and red potatoes then cooked another 45 min. Didn't have onion powder so I cut an onion into wedges and put in the cavity. Heaven!

Italian Sausage Soup
What a versatile recipe ! I used HOT sausage and added 1 tlb Italian seasoning as previously recommended and then everything I had in the kitchen. Extra zucchini (cause we had a ton), left over rice, a couple of stalks of celery and doubled the broth. It smelled fantastic and was extremely flavorful. Loved it!!
