Cherry Pineapple Surprise

I made this for a Thanksgiving potluck. The macadamias and coconut on top did burn. If I made this again I would add both ingredients to the top at the end of the cooking time.

Ricotta Breakfast Pancakes

These would have been really tasty, but my Bisquik was old. The texture of the inside of the pancake is creamy instead of airy like a regular pancake which was very interesting to me.

Chocolate Peanut Grahams

I'd prefer not to give a star rating because I only dipped the graham crackers in chocolate. I used 1.5 pounds of vanilla almond bark, six ounces of milk chocolate chips and two ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips. I dipped half a graham cracker and placed it out wax paper to cool. YUM! My mom couldn't stop eating them.

Tasty salad! I cheated and used beets from a can. I also didn't have OJ concentrate so I used pineapple and orange juice. I didn't know how I'd feel about the wet walnuts, but they were good@

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

I made this a few years ago, but didn't rate it. Made two turkeys this year and it was great! The first time I was told to leave the turkey in too long and it dried out. This time I got the turkeys out just in time and it stayed moist and yummy!

Orange Crunch Cake

This was great! I loved the crunchy layer and appreciated that I could use this cake to empty out part of my pantry goods! I would like the icing to be a little stiffer so it doesn't run off the cake.

Chicken Enchilada Soup I

I subbed flour tortillas (just two) and used the full can of green enchilada sauce since it was just over a cup. I also used two cans of chicken, and fat free half-and-half. Next time I would use regular chicken breast. Overall very tasty! I also dumped in a can of Ro-tel for the tomatoes and jalapeno.

Freezer Caramel Drizzle Pie

This pie is yummy! It is very sweet, so a small piece goes a long way! I used fat free or sugar free for all ingredients except the cream cheese which was full fat. I put the pie mix in a springform pan and used Graham Cracker Crust I from this site.

Graham Cracker Crust I

Great crust! I may have over baked it or the consistency may have changed when the pie was frozen because the crust hardened. The taste was fantastic and it was so easy to crush the crumbs and mix with the sugar in a plastic bag.
