Black Bean And Corn Salad I
I doubled the spices like another reviewer suggested, and this dish was phenominal! And it looked pretty, too. Unfortunately, it was hardly touched when I took it to a BBQ on the 4th.

Lemon Cheese Cake
My grandmother has made this for years and years, and refused to share the recipe. Thank you so much for sharing! It is wonderful.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
This was a good recipe as stated. I used butter flavored shortening, and they tasted great, and stayed soft for days. Used my cookie scoop and baked for 13 minutes, which was perfect. Next time I'll frost them with something, for some more flavor.
