Holiday Biscotti
This is the first time I've ever made biscotti and they are so good! I also used almonds instead of pistachios, and then dipped half in white chocolate and half in chocolate when done. So good!

Parmesan Zucchini Spears
My boyfriend said "the only thing wrong with it is you didnt make enough!" I put a tiiiiny bit of butter in the pan, and used seasoned pepper. These were to die for, I want to make them every night :-)

Amish Macaroni Salad
This was so good! I only put in about 1/4 c of sugar, and added chunks of cheddar cheese and cucumbers. I don't think anyone can mess this one up!
