Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I used candied pecans instead of almonds, and added thinly sliced red onions and Gorgonzola cheese. AWESOME salad!!!!

Classic Macaroni Salad
At first I thought the dressing was too sweet, but once the onions, celery, and bell pepper got mixed in, the flavors came out and mellowed out the sweetness. It tasted GREAT and was just what I was looking for!! I added peas and chunks of jack cheese...
