Japanese Zucchini and Onions
I must first admit that zucchini is not my favorite vegetable. That being said it is not bad either. I had lots of it and looked for something to make it great. This recipe wasn't it. This was good but I probably won't make it again.

Red Lentil Curry
Easy recipe to make. It was very tasty and definitely satisfied my craving for Indian food but it seemed to lack a little something. If I hadn't been in such a hurry I would have played around with it a little bit.

Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans)
Easy and delicious! My husband and 5 year old loved this, my son asked for it again the next night! The only change I made to this recipe was made the gb's fresh.
