Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
This was very tasty. I followed the recipe exactly, except cooked it on low for about 8 hours. There was no way I could slice the meat since it was falling apart when I lifted it out of the slow cooker (which isn't a bad thing). It was just a little too spicy for my taste, so I'll probably use just one pepper the next time. I also thought the sauce would be thicker (mine was very runny) so I'll thicken it up with flour or cornstarch after I take the meat out the next time I make it.
