Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
Made this as written (except I didn't dredge in flour...low carb diet) up until the end when I began to simmer the sauce. I love balsamic vinegar, but I thought it was too strong at this point, so I added more chicken broth (about a half cup) and a few tablespoons of cream to the simmering sauce. Loved it!

Spiced Butternut Squash Soup
This is a great recipe. I did add an apple (granny smith), as another reviewer did, just out of curiosity. It was great and I'm sure the soup is just as good prepared as listed. I was skeptical of the taste as it was cooking - it just tasted ok, but after I added the sherry and cream, the soup just took off! This recipe is a keeper!

Panzanella Salad
Excellent! I made two minor changes: used cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and didn't use the olives, instead I sprinkled some capers in there. This is a keeper. My picky teenage daughter even loved it (she suggested to put in cubed chicken next time...hmmm!)
