I was born in Bangkok, raised in Saudi Arabia, went to High School in Florida and finally returned home to complete my studies in Bangkok, Thailand. My husband and I are residing in Bangkok and both love to experience new cuisine. I enjoy making lasagna, pizzas, Mexican wraps and dips, spring rolls, and brownies/cookies/muffins. We have family dinner every Saturday nights. Once in a while, I would get requests to make different types of cuisine ie Indian, Italian, Mexican, etc. I've selected many types of recipes from Allrecipe and held various get togethers especially red and white sauce lasagnas, Indian Chicken Curry, and Fallafel w/ cucumber sauces. My first time making Fallafel from fresh chickpeas. It took me forever to mash them until my arms and hands are about to fall off (food processor was taking a long break at the time). Then I turn to fry them, they all break apart...not such a pretty sight.
