Was nicknamed the "Muffin Man" in dorms. Gingersnaps! Adding extra spices. The first time that I tried to make muffins, I just followed the recipe, worrying that somehow I would screw up. But everything worked out, and they tasted great! This other time I was trying to make a baked macaroni casserole, and I hadn't done it before. I just followed the recipe, but it was pretty intense, with multiple things to measure.chop, mix, stir, and heat at once. By the time it was out of the oven it looked like it would be edible. But unfortunately, I had burned the sauce badly, and the entire casserole tasted horrible. My starving roommates had to douse it with ketchup and choke it down. I have learned much since then.
