The best yet! Do not change a thing from the original recipe! However, I made two layers of potatoes and onions, with onions on top. DELICIOUS!

This is definitely a keeper! My husband is Asian and makes his version all the time. I generally think his has too much soy sauce or something, but this was just pleasantly right. I did not change a thing from the original recipe. I had 10 pieces and skinned half of them (hubby likes skin), put them in a corning ware dish for 1/2 an hour (too much liquid in the dish) and then transferred them to a cookie sheet with foil for the remaining 1/2 hour. Turned out perfect! The chicken pieces with skin were somewhat burned(skin only), but the skinless ones were not burned at all. Even dear hubby thought these were very good!

This is the best cornbread I have ever had anywhere (including all restaurants). It is cake like without being dry, not too sweet and not to bland. Excellent! Thanks for sharing ps: Reducing the recipe using the "Servings" calculator worked just fine.

I'd do it again, but I found it a little overpowering in basil flavor. I did use pimentos, but I am not a big fan of those either. On the other hand, I made this primarily for my husband who loves FLAVOR and he thought this was great! Followed suggestions of cutting into bite size pieces - cooked for 20-25 minutes.

I agree with the others... a little bland. Why only 2 tbs of wine and lemon - it should be more like a cup full of sauce to pour over the chicken. My daughter kept complaining that it needed sauce, as I served this over linquine. I agree with others that the bread crumbs should be deleted, as this made the chicken at little crunchy. I have never had this in a restaurant, so I cannot compare. I made this primarily for my husband and he liked it. I shall try again, but I will triple the sauce and just use flour and seasonings to bread the chicken next time.

Very good! Everybody went back for seconds. The youngest male in the house (age 21) insisted on taking a bowl to go while his girlfriend took him to buy a couch (LOL!). The parmesan cheese made the consistency ever so slightly grainy and I might skip this ingredient next time.

This was really good. I tried to make it a meal with salad and bread, but the family was still hungry afterwards. I guess we just are not the vegetarian type and need meat at each dinner.

It was a hit with my family. My husband ad-libbed the original recipe way too much with an abundance of soy sauce and ginger. So, he made another batch for me following the original recipe. I took a full cup of the original and 1/4 cup of his and mixed them together, which made it very flavorful. Therefore, I suggest adding 1/2 tsp of ground ginger and 1-1/2 tsp of soy sauce.

We found this to be very good after the following changes (as suggested by others): 3/4 of a can of chicken broth added at the end. 1 cup of cashews White rice is fine with us. Covered the pan while it was simmering for 20 min. Used canned mushrooms instead of fresh.

This was so flavorful! Next time, I might try cooking it in a rice cooker (instead of baking in oven) after the sauteing the rice and veggies. Three young men, a young lady, and my husband thought this was great and all was gone by the end of the meal! I did not have chicken broth in the house, so I used 4 packets of chicken bouillion with 4 cups of water.

Hard to fail on this one - No guessing on how much more milk / sour cream to add to make the potatoes the right consistancy. You don't add any! I mixed all of the extras (butter, cheese, garlic, oregano) into a food processor first. Primarily because I did not have grated cheese and I only had slices of swiss cheese.

I didn't have any refrigerated pizza crust roll, so I used my own pizza crust recipe. The dough was not cooked thoroughly on the inside, so I would suggest cooking at 425F for 20 min next time (or whatever your pizza crust recipe suggested cooking time requires). My husband love this dish regardless of the somewhat uncooked center.

This was a very good recipe. I reduced the recipe in 1/2. None of the flavors was overpowering and all blended together nicely. I always microwave my bacon, so I just scraped the grease into a small frying pan to begin to saute the onions and all worked out well. I also reduced the time of cooking the potatoes to about 25 min.

I really enjoyed this recipe! The only thing I changed was 1) I didn't need toothpicks and 2) I added 1/2 cup milk to the sauce. I might experiment a little with different spices, like garlic powder sprinkled with the cornflakes. Thanks for the post!

A little mushy and a strange blend of flavors. I like my zucchini very tender (which it was), but my husband only tasted this because I made him. He prefers his zucchini al dente and thought the whole mixture was weird. Not mentioned in the recipe, but I drained my vegetables before I added the cheese.

This was very different - sweet, salty, and crunchy all at the same time. I did not have cranberries, so I added green apples instead. Still came out a very interesting tasting dish. I would probably make this again - maybe next time I will use raisins instead of cranberries.

A chocolate lovers dream! This cake was a little too rich for me and I would probably eliminate the chocolate chips next time. I did not have enough carmel (only 6 oz) and will add more next time. I made my cake a double tiered cake which required me to double the frosting ingredients (which is a very good frosting recipe)and I would suggest you use a mixer to whip up the frosting. Don't forget to add the ingredients (eggs, oil, butter) from the cake box to your grocery list - luckily I had enough eggs to make the cake!

This was really a great meal when I was looking for a different healthy way to cook with chicken. I used Girards Greek Feta Vinargarette and finely shredded parmesan for the topping. I cooked the bow ties thoroughly (not al dente) and I cooked everything at once, but let the chicken and veggies simmer in their separate frying pans while waiting for the pasta to finish cooking.

My family used to hate "guinea pig night" where I try out strange sounding recipes. Somehow, I can just taste the recipe in my mind and I just new this one would work out great! And guess what.... My husband and his work helper really liked this meal! Warning - 25-30 min at 375F is not long enough (breasts are not cooked). I would suggest cooking for at least 45min.

My family really enjoys this meal!
