Garlic Teriyaki Edamame
I overdid the garlic -- my partner LOVED it and I only liked it a lot. Didn't have teriyaki sauce, so added little soy sauce instead. Great change of pace.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Personally, I thought this was a bit TOO garlicky but my partner -- the garlic lover -- took a bite, sighed, and said "I'm in heaven." So, I'm giving it 5 stars! Very easy to make.

Hawaiian Chicken II
WOW! I was looking for a Hawaiian chicken recipe that didn't require pineapple (I was out!) and I'm so glad I found this one. Absolutely wonderful taste, easy to make, and so tender it melted in my mouth. Everyone loved it and begged me to make it again.
