Italian Breaded Pork Chops
I have been cooking pork chops for a long time and this was, by far, the best pork chop recipe I ever made!!!!!! I followed the recipe as it was written. I did double dip the chops in the egg mixture and then back into the bread crumbs to ensure they were evenly coated. After frying them, I transfered the chops to a baking dish and covered them in stewed tomatoes. Baked them for 45 minutes (they were thick). My family LOVED them. My husband said "they rock, make them like this all the time".
