Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
This is very easy to make and tastes great. A very good way to feed lots of people inexpensively. I made this dish for superbowl. I served the pork on potato buns. Word of advice: put the slow cooker outside for the night! The smell completely overwhelms your house- I had a hard time sleeping!

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa
This is probably the best dish I have ever made from Allrecipes. I followed the recipe, with a few slight modifications: grilled fish on cedar planks, and slightly less jalapeno. It turned out amazing!!!
