Spinach Salad I
I've made this for 2 group dinners and it was a hit. I don't like really sweet dressings so I reduced the sugar in the dressing to 1/3 cup and added 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms. It was a hit - one guest threatened to lick the bowl. The 2nd dinner was during the spinach scare so I substituted a spring mix blend (no spinach) for the spinach and it was still a great tasting salad.
