Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
So easy and so good! I did make a few changes. Thanks to the reviews, I used low sodium taco seasoning to reduce the salt. Instead of regular chili powder, I used 1/8 teaspoon of chipotle chili powder and omitted the hot sauce. I'm definitely making this again but next time I'm going to triple the recipe for freezing. I used this to make quesadillas, burritos, and salad. YUMMY!

Eggs Benedict
Way too much lemon juice. Cut the amount in half and it might actually taste like hollandaise sauce. I made the mistake of using this recipe for Valentine's Day breakfast and I really regret it.

Chicken Chile Spaghetti
The first time I made this, I put it in the crockpot. That time I only gave it 4 stars, but I'm changing my rating. I made it in the oven for my family and it was much better. Also, I was careful not to shred up the chicken too much and kept the pieces in bigger 1 inch chunks. It was great! Even my 2 year old daughter liked this.
