I'm just beginning to become interested in baking this year. I love baking, especially bars, pies, and cheesecakes. I also likes to make desserts. My dad cooks great chinese food. They are so delicious that i get fat whenever he comes over to cook for me. Most of the time, i can follow a recipe and get a decent result. Especially proud of my first cheesecake! I can never make anything with yeast without the breadmachine.
