Penne with Red Pepper Sauce and Broccoli
I followed the recipe because it sounded so good. Everyone loved it, I was trying to figure out how to change it and she said "don't fix what is not broke" so I have been told... I also served a rotisserie chicken and that went well with it. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub
This was my first dry rub and everybody loved it. I did make a couple of changes, I read the other reviews and did cut out the salt and added 2TBS garlic powder, also increased the black pepper from 1/4 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper, and I cooked it in a rotisserie. This is a keeper for sure.

Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese
Liked the flavor however I doubled the recipe and it turned out very sticky. I will try again with exact recipe and see if it was me or the recipe. I was looking for creamy Mac and Cheese.
