Hello, My Name is Katie! I was born in Canada but now live in America. My hobbies deffinitly include sports, I love volleyball! And as for my other hobbies, art is a given... as well as, obviously, cooking! I specialize in Desert! I'll cook anything from cakes to pudding! I love playing around with chocolates and different sweet ingredients... The best part is that I can do so while maintaining a normal body weight! :) My family has come from a long line of chocolate lovers! So chocolate is a main ingredient for most of my deserts.. My family also cant stay away from mashed potato's. We go through at least a bag a week! Well, I have won a few small cookoffs and such. But I mostly find triumph in my family's smiling faces! ..hmmm.. Unfortunately I have had some of these! For example..Meat loaf isn't exactly my forte :)
