Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
Delicious! The sweetness of the honey and onions really compliment each other in this recipe. I did make extra "sauce". I used margarine because I can't cook with butter for dietary reasons. Next time I'd like to see how it would come out with olive oil instead because I think that would be healthier.
