Bananas Foster Chimichangas
made these for our Sunday dinner dessert. turned out only ok, kinda sweet for me and also took time to make one at a time.

Apple Butter Spice Cake
I made this cake for our annual family pumpkin carving/dinner. I used my bundt pan and also added 1 1/2 c. chopped apples as other reviews suggested. I also put a sugar glaze on the cake. Very good.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread
This was THE BEST! Have not made beer bread before tonight, no excuse! I followed the recipe exactly but put in 1 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning as suggested by another baker. Went perfect with my homemade Italian 'hamburger helper' type dinner. Will definitely make this again.
