I used chicken breast cut into finger size strips. I sprayed each piece with Pam cooking spray and added 1 tsp. garlic salt to the bread crumb mixture using Italian seasoned bread crumbs then sprayed Pam cooking spray lightly over each strip after the coating. The cooking temperature and cooking time is still the same. These were TERRIFIC! I used fat free ranch dressing, barbecue sauce and honey mustard dressing available for dipping. I served with pasta and sliced tomatoes lightly coated with italian dressing.
