Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Greek Chicken Pasta

This is a very flavorful and simple recipe....you can add spices to you liking such as I added Italian spice and parmesan cheese. I halved lengthwise for grilling then sliced into smaller pieces before serving. Thank you for this recipe.

This made a very good meal. I cut chicken breasts into quarters and reduced the cooking time by about 15 minutes. I also added onion and 1 clove minced garlic. Delicious!

Flip Flop Grilled Chicken

Very good recipe. I used chicken thighs with 12 thighs in the package since I had it on hand. There was more than enough sauce and the chicken was very moist and flavorful. This recipe could be versatile for almost any type of meat or poultry.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

I used chicken breast cut into finger size strips. I sprayed each piece with Pam cooking spray and added 1 tsp. garlic salt to the bread crumb mixture using Italian seasoned bread crumbs then sprayed Pam cooking spray lightly over each strip after the coating. The cooking temperature and cooking time is still the same. These were TERRIFIC! I used fat free ranch dressing, barbecue sauce and honey mustard dressing available for dipping. I served with pasta and sliced tomatoes lightly coated with italian dressing.

Pepper Rice and Confetti Beef

This was a good recipe. My kids even tried it and liked it. My husband liked the sweet/tangy flavor of the mustard and honey. The onions in the rice are a nice twist. Thank You.

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

This recipe was very delicious. My family is a new comer to turkey burgers and are looking for fresh ideas with ground turkey. I used worsteshire sauce instead of soy sauce (due to preference in taste) and they were absolutely fabulous. In the future I will try liquid smoke flavoring and hickory smoke flavoring. Thank you for such a versatile recipe!!!
