Jalapeno Popper Spread

Loved this! I added a few more jalapenos slices then called for and it definitely had a bite, but in a good way! I am making this again for a New Year's celebration.

Crunchy Romaine Strawberry Salad

I loved this salad. I wondered what it would taste like with the crunchy ramen noodles with the combination of dressing ingredients, and it was amazing. I can't stop thinking about how good it was!

Cinnamon Rolls III

Excellent cinnamon rolls. The only change I made was to use Baileys French Vanilla coffee cream in place of the milk in the icing- best icing ever!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Excellent recipe! I always order veggie burgers at restaurants and never thought that I could have something this good at home! The only change I made was using red pepper instead of the green. There is a nice bite to it, but not too spicy. Will definitely make these again.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

I made these this morning and changed a few things just based on other reviewers comments. I substituted some vanilla yougurt for sour cream, some applesauce for oil ( about 1/2 and 1/2) used 1/2 whole wheat white flour and 1/2 regular and they came out very good. For half of the batter I used blueberries and for the other I used chocolate chips to make 2 kids happy. Would definitely make again.

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce III

I made a 1/2 recipe in an 8 inch square pan and used a homemade cinnamon swirl bread. I added a bit of nutmeg along with the cinnamon.It was very good. The sauce has a wonderful consistency. I baked it at 350 and took it out when it still looked just a bit wet.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was amazing. I changed a couple of things based on whiat I had. I made with Turkey, added one chopped potato and added just a bit of leftover Turkey gravy to the sauce. It was delicious!

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Excellent recipe, but I was confused as to whether you should let the brownie layer cool completely before adding the cream cheese layer. I did let it cool, and when I served it the brownie layer was almost like an oreo cookie. I don't know if that is the way it normally is, but it was delicious none the less.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

The Best!! I marinaded a large sirloin for about 6 hours with this and it was amazing- a perfect steak. My husband told me not to lose this one!

Cream Puff Cake

Very good, but I changed a few things, and I think I would stick to the original recipe next time. I made it in a spring form pan, so it looked exactly like the picture posted, and I would do that again. I put in one package of chocolate, and 2 packages of vanilla pudding and I should have stuck to only the vanilla to make it truly taste like a cream puff.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

For ease and flavor this deserves 5 stars. I did add quite a large splash of chicken broth. I think the sauce would have been much too thick if I hadn't. I think next time I would try it with a splash of white wine.

Cottage Pudding - Upside Down Cake

I made this with peaches. I did not have a round plate big enough to tip it neatly onto, so part of it broke- but that was totally my fault. The taste was wonderful. Next time I will try it with a different fruit.

Key West Chicken

This chicken was outstanding. I let it marinate a full 48 hours and it was tender and flavorful. I will be using this marinade on shishkabobs. Excellent!

Baked Whole Cauliflower

I really wanted to like this. I cut up the cauliflower and cooked in chicken broth first, then put in a dish and poured the butter over it. I sprinkled the breadcrumbs over and baked. No one really cared for it.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Although this hardly needs another 5++++ review I thought I would add my 2 cents. I had to try a recipe that had this many reviews and had a 5 star rating, and it was amazing! I was worried that the cheese would totally ooze out of my chicken rolls, but it didn't. The only thing that I did differenty was to add a bit of extra swiss cheese and chopped up ham in the sauce at the end, since I had already cut them up. I was awsome.

Beef and Noodles in Crockpot

Excellent- I added some carrots and potatos in the last hour of cooking since some reviewers had said that it was a bit salty. My husband, who hates mushrooms, found some mushroom pieces from the soup and did not even care- he thought it was that good!!!
