Gyros Burgers

Wow! Tasted just like our favorite greek restaurant! I baked mine in loaf form the day before, refrigerated & sliced thin & reheated the next day. I also substituted thyme for savory. (I read somewhere online it was a good substitute.)

Ohhhhh goodness this is tasty! I'd give it six stars if I could! I used the amount of peanut butter called for in the recipe & I thought it was great. ...but I'm also a peanut butter junkie. Can't wait to make again.

Roasted Spicy Garbanzo Beans

This was a great way for me to use up my chickpeas. I probably should've drained & rinsed my beans better. It took quite a while for the beans to get crunchy- at least an hour. But, end result was great!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Wonderful soup, but it makes a WHOLE LOT of soup. I halved it and still had enough for 6 (and a few people had 2nds.) Great flavor... I put everything in the crock pot on low after making the flour/butter/milk mixture on the stove. Mmmm, a great basic broccoli cheese soup.

No Bake Cookies V

Excellent no bake! I followed the advice of others and waited for a rolling boil, then I timed for 2 minutes. I also let cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before scooping onto waxed paper. Perfect shape & consistency!

Mmmmm! Smooth & creamy, a wonderful chocolate flavor. I did make the change of using 1/2 half and half & 1/2 heavy cream since that's what I had on hand. Will definitely make again.
