Gyros Burgers
Wow! Tasted just like our favorite greek restaurant! I baked mine in loaf form the day before, refrigerated & sliced thin & reheated the next day. I also substituted thyme for savory. (I read somewhere online it was a good substitute.)

Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream
Ohhhhh goodness this is tasty! I'd give it six stars if I could! I used the amount of peanut butter called for in the recipe & I thought it was great. ...but I'm also a peanut butter junkie. Can't wait to make again.

Strawberry Ice Cream
Oh my this was good! I followed the recipe, except used 1 c. heavy cream & 1/2 c. half & half (rather than all cream.) Mmmmm!!
