Marshmallow Fondant
This is so much better than buying fondant. It tastes better and is easier to work with... I took Chef4Six advice and used marshmellow cream and it worked great! I can't wait to use it again!

Baked Dijon Salmon
This was the best salmon I ever made. I used Italian bread crumbs since I already had them and they worked great.

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel
This turned out great, I should have used more tart apples, but that has nothing to do with the recipe. Just a suggestion.
