Double Tomato Bruschetta

I tasted bruschetta in a restaurant and had to make some myself. This is the recipe I chose and it was wonderful. I'll use it over and over again.

Carroty Rice

I added 3 boullion and onions to this recipe after reading comments from others. Even with that I thought it was still a bit bland.
