Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Odd recipe... the dough was very dry and when they baked, they didn't flatten out, they just stayed in round little balls. HOWEVER - biting into one was pure heaven! Really delicious. I will try again and maybe add another egg to the ingredients.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
This is an amazing good recipe (and easy)! Everyone who has had it as raved... and I've never used anything but a basic chuck roast. Wouldn't change a thing... and by the way, it works with whole berry cranberry sauce as well! Would recommend this to anyone. In fact, I have recommended it to MANY people already... and they all have loved it!

Tiger Cookies
OK, here's the problem with the recipe... you need to crush enough cereal (3 cups uncrushed) to equal 1 cup of crushed cereal. Whatever you do - don't end up with 3 cups of crushed cereal! We made these with 1 cup of crushed, it was delicious! It was a cross between a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. YUMMY!
