Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
These weren't quite what I expected. A little dry, but my 6 year old had no trouble gobbling the up!

Spinach Cheese Puffs
Simple and divine right out of the oven. Make sure to beat well after the addition of each egg - until the batter becomes very stiff.

Triple Layer Cookie Bars
These took all of five minutes to prepare. My coworkers raved, but these were a little sweet for my taste. I chopped up some frozen Reese's cups for some of the chips, which worked well.
