Tortilla Rollups II
I followed the recipe and it was good and they went over well. I did make double filling and used tomato basil tortilla's and also spinach ones. I will make again but I will add some green peppers or red and more salsa and chopped black olives and some taco seasoning. Many ways to make different fillings. thanks for the base recipe. And make sure you chill them well before cutting them

Justin's Hoosier Daddy Chili
I made this tonight for dinner. I usually dont change a recipe first time making it, but this time i did. I like it a lot but for me and hubby I knew all that red pepper would be to much for me, and so i did 1/2 tsp and also i put in one can of broth becuz it seemed like 2 would be to much, a dash of cayenne and I used ground beef and some italian mild sausage also. was just the right kick for us. will make again
