Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

My family liked this. The only thing I would do differently is make 2 seperate pizzas instead of 1 half n half. The cheese side was perfect.The topping side was a little soggy but good.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

This was a good recipe.. It was my first time using fondant and it was very easy to handle. I did use more powdered sugar than stated in recipe. My daughter LOVES her cake.. Thanks for sharing

This was a chili as far as I'm concerned. It tasted pretty good. We like our chili spicier. I would definitely use jalepenoes next time. I also added some chopped avacado which my family loves. I will probably put in some black olives next time too.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Herb Roasted Pork

This was good. We had to go somewhere while the roast was in the oven (about an hour) so I had to put it into the crockpot and threw in the sauce ingredients plus a little more water. Came out great!! My husband liked it and he usually wont eat pork..

Homesteader Cornbread

This is really good cornbread.. I hate dry cornbread and I never have had this one come out that way. I make this a few times a month and my kids cheer when they smell it. I do cook it in a larger pan and it isnt as dense. Thanks for sharing

Crunchy Bagel Chips

I cut them into larger pieces and also put them into a ziploc bag. Shook it and baked them to a golden brown for croutons... MMMmm they are really good.

Bulgogi (Korean Barbecued Beef)

I thought it was good. I omitted the sesame seeds and green onion(my husband doesnt like them) and added an extra tsp sugar. Husband an oldest child liked it. Youngest didnt want to touch it bc of the carrots and onions. I'll definitely make it again.

Cranberry Salad I

I have been making a similar recipe for years. I only use half the sugar. My husband and kids think its way too sweet otherwise. And I also use mandarin oranges instead of bananas. I put them in @ the same time as the pineapple. Soo good.
