Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
I thought that the original recipe was pretty good but the second time I modified it and liked it alot more (plus it was healthier).
I substituted white sugar for brown sugar, I used whole wheat flour instead of white, I used an egg substitute instead of the eggs (2 T flax seeds blended with 6 T water for 3 minutes) I also added some walnuts. I also made both muffins and bread out of each batch and the bread was excellent!
