Beef and Biscuit
The biscuits do not cook fully. You would have to precook the biscuits first. I didn't feel like the filling was that tastey. This might be better with some other veggies incorporated in.

Totally Tangy Baked French Fries
These were great. I cooked them a little longer than suggested and it worked out wonderfully. They were a big hit and my brother called me the next week for the recipe.

Penne and Vodka Sauce
I made this tonight with tortellini rather than penne, but the sauce was amazing. It reminded me of the kind that one of my favorite restaurants serves. I skipped pancetta bacon and instead added garlic and onions to the butter and it was great.
