Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs
Very good as written. My only complaint is that the reduced sauce is too greasy. And it takes forever to get the water boiled away. Instead, I boil for maybe 45 minutes- an hour, then bake in the oven topped with honey bbq sauce for about 15 minutes or so. Yummy!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
Absolutely scrumptious! This sauce is so heavenly, I could drink it! I follow this recipe exactly as written except without the breading for the chicken and adding a tad bit of cornstarch at the end instead. This is a must-have with rice.

Mexican Rice II
Fabulous! This is just like the kind at my favorite restaurant, only better! I used 2 crushed garlic cloves and kosher salt instead of garlic powder. It was perfect!
