Boston Brown Bread

quite good! I can taste the molasses quite distinctly, but I like that.

So so...the recipe comes out as a bland tasting noodley whatnot...there is *no* flavor to the sauce, let alone cheese flavor. Added some garlic powder and more nutritional yeast to each bowl and zig zagged ketchup across the top. It was better that way.

"Chicken" Strips

Three-Bean Chili with Bulgur

Tastes good and makes a really big batch. Fairly spicy so I'm not sure if Mom will like it the way it is, but it's good enough for me.

I followed Susan's suggestions for the recipe and it turned out really well. I had a bunch of kelp powder that I acquired and I've been looking for ways to use it...this was a great way for it!

Vegan Baked Beans

I loved the taste of these!! I soaked the beans in water over night and the next day I threw all the ingredients into a slow cooker and let it go all day long. It turned out awesome! I will definitely make these again.

OMG I loved this!!! Takes awhile to make...used the bread machine as told...but turns out wonderful! Spreads out a little flat in the roaster...about the thickness of a roast.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This was my first experience with brussels sprouts...I must say, it WON'T be my last! These came out so tasty...I've always worried about the bad things I've heard, but this recipe reinstilled my faith in the "try before you judge" mentality!
