Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast
What a great idea. My kids loved it (and these days they don't like much). But even more, my husband and I loved it. I can't wait to make it again. The only change I made was only using half a banana per sandwich.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
To die for!!! I'm not the biggest oatmeal raisin cookie fan but these I can't stop eating! I made them for my cousin who is stationed in Baghdad right now but as I was packing them up I couldn't stop eating them. The only thing I changed was I didn't add cloves (simply because I didn't have any on hand). These are delicious!!!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This recipe is delicious. For a little variety I layer mine crushed choc. graham cracker crust, peanut butter filling, more crushed grahams and then the remaining filling. Then I top it all off with chopped up peanut butter cups...sooooo good! I make the recipe exactly as called for but leave out half the cool whip, this makes it perfect for a large dish (an oversized pie dish is perfect), just scoop it out by the spoonful.
