Hawaiian Wedding Cake II
Excellent and easy. Used a pineapple cake mix and pineapple juice instead of water, as others have suggested. On all cake mixes I add a heaping tablespoon of sour cream too. Very moist and better the next day.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Thanks for the great recipe Brenda! I too did a couple minor additions, patted the roast dry and seared the roast first. Deglazed the pan with some burgandy wine and dumpped everthing into the crock pot. Added mushrooms and used the crm of mushroom/garlic soup. EXCELLENT!

BLT Bow Tie Pasta Salad
Excellent dish Jennifer! I too doubled the dressing and left out the water. I thinned the dressing with a little more vinegar. I also added green onion. Assemble right before serving
