Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Thanks for the great recipe Brenda! I too did a couple minor additions, patted the roast dry and seared the roast first. Deglazed the pan with some burgandy wine and dumpped everthing into the crock pot. Added mushrooms and used the crm of mushroom/garlic soup. EXCELLENT!

BLT Bow Tie Pasta Salad
Excellent dish Jennifer! I too doubled the dressing and left out the water. I thinned the dressing with a little more vinegar. I also added green onion. Assemble right before serving

Bleu Cheese Macaroni
Excellent side dish! I thought the flavors were great, not too strong. I only added three tablespoons flour to the butter and peppers. And I baked it with additional parm cheese on top, just to make that great crust.
