I was looking for something to do with my leftover spaghetti noodles and saw this recipe. I just substituted my left over noodles for the ramen and it worked out great. I always have left over ramen packets left over from other things so I just used those. Great easy recipe, thanks!

Wow! Great flavor even my picky daughter liked it. I followed the recipe except for the onion powder (didn't have any on hand) and the onion (husband is not a fan of onions). I also only cooked 1 chicken so I only cooked it for 3 hours and that worked out perfectly. Having the chicken marinade over night really does the trick of dispersing the flavor. Loved it and will definitely be using this recipe from now on with whole chickens.
