Italian Breaded Pork Chops
This was, perhaps, the best pork chop dish I've ever had! I made a couple changes, based on what other reviewers suggested. I first covered my chops in whole wheat flour mixed with some Italian Seasoning. Then dredged through the egg mixture. However, I didn't have any bread crumbs, so I crushed up some seasoned croutons and dredged the chops through them. I covered them in the egg and crouton/crumb mixtures a second time. Followed the rest of the instructions from this point out.
