Party Punch IV
I made this for a party this weekend - turned out wonderfully! I had to keep reminding the ladies at the party that it had alcohol in it - no one could even tell. I received a bunch of compliments on it. I will DEFINITELY be making this again.

Louisiana Shrimp Casserole
This was entirely too rich and seemed very bland to me. I, also, used cream of mushroom soup, rather than cream of shrimp. I will not be making this dish again. Sorry.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops
This was, perhaps, the best pork chop dish I've ever had! I made a couple changes, based on what other reviewers suggested. I first covered my chops in whole wheat flour mixed with some Italian Seasoning. Then dredged through the egg mixture. However, I didn't have any bread crumbs, so I crushed up some seasoned croutons and dredged the chops through them. I covered them in the egg and crouton/crumb mixtures a second time. Followed the rest of the instructions from this point out.
