Baked potato in the microwave - the baked potato button was way off. Instead I ended up with a flaming hot potato and smoke filled kitchen.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was excellent!! I took the advice of others and added an extra tbsp of flour. I also added corn and carrots. Will definitely make again!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This is the first time I've ever baked anything from scratch and it came it out wonderfully! My boyfriend's grandmother gave me a bunch of fresh cooked pumpkin and this is what I did with it. Everyone loved it. Grandma even gave me a case of canned pumpkin the next time I saw her. Thanks so much!
