Basically I'm married mom of four, I have a full time job, and I'm a writer. Spare time??? Who has spare time? It took me six months to find our microwave plate after we moved three years ago. Simple. I'm a total read the directions on the back of the box cook. Sad, I know. Every Thanksgiving we have each of children pick one recipe to make and contribute to the family meal. I made a banana split cake for my daughter's birthday over the weekend and it was edible. There may be hope for me yet. Can't think of any off hand but ask my oldest son about the green peanut butter cookies or the scrabbled eggs chocolate chip cookies. Not sure which was worse.
