About this Cook
I am just a woman from Oklahoma who when growing up was told I couldn't cook. Nowadays people are actually begging me to make something. I am not expert by far, but I do think I am better than normal.

Cinnamon Bread II
I clearly added more cinnamon and sugar because I like the two ingredients. I needed to add a little bit more flour as well. I soaked the raisins in hot water for a little while before I added them to the bread machine. I also added a little bit of pure vanilla extract. On the sweet setting it did not rise or bake thoroughly. So I had to place it on bake setting afterwards in order to completely bake it.

Seven Layer Taco Dip
I have used this recipe as a guideline twice. The first time I just added some new spices to it and it was a hit. The second time I added a pound of browned lean ground hamburger meat and some spices and we thought it was much better with that. Again this dip was a hit. I will use this recipe many times again per say.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
I was unable to find Cajun seasonings exactly so I used Creole seasonings. I am not sure if it is the same thing but it was wonderful. The creamy sauce needed longer time to cook but it was awesome.
