I'm a very busy mom of four. I love cooking for my family and having big Sunday dinners. I love seafood and pasta dishes. I like to bake things that I can involve the kids in. My biggest cooking triumph has been silky smooth panna cotta. I've also started working on more complicated cake decorating. I love it when I get a new technique down I cannot make casseroles for anything! I'm not patient enough and I just hate cooking them!
