Apple Oatmeal Crisp
I had hard time getting my daughter to like any apple crisp I made. I think I struck gold with this one, she asked for second helping. I omitted white sugar as I felt it was sweet enough. I didnt have any cinnamon on hand so I used allspice. It is awesome and now sitting in my recipe box for future cooking.

Georgia Peach Homemade Ice Cream
Not bad! Than again I dont have that much experience in homemaking ice cream. I used 4 cups of chopped drained canned peach slices. I like how easy it is, I'm not too crazy about cooking the ice cream base before putting it in the ice cream maker.

Coco-Cola Cake II
ingredients were right but steps/instructions werent in right place. it is important that marshmallows gets to be added to bowl right after the cocoa-coke mixture so it has chance to melt (incorporate with the batter) before eggs and buttermilk is added. Baking soda should be added to the dry mixture.
