Cheesy Pizza Fondue

Love it! My husband did not have the same feelings though. He's not an olive fan and it definitely had an olive taste to it. If you're an olive fan though, definitely give this one a try!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

This was AWESOME! My family had a soup party where everyone brought a different homemade soup and this was definitely a hit. I used kale instead of spinach, and the bagged bacon bit pieces instead of frying fresh bacon. It wasn't hard at all, just time a little time consuming. I'll certainly make this again.

Death by Chocolate

This was a HUGE hit at our family Christmas party. I like most of the others, made a few adjustments I used Kahlua instead of the coffee, Heath toffee chips instead of the candy bar they called for, and I made fudge brownies (cake-like) instead of the german chocolate cake b/c that's what i had in the cupboard. All in all, it was a great dessert and one that I'm sure I'll make again.

I made this dish eyeballing the ingredients. It was good but not great. I served it over angel hair pasta which was very nice but I think next time, I'll double the ingredients for the sauce.

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

Excellent! My friends and family loved it! I actually used plain bread crumbs (because that's what I had in the cupboard) and added Italian seasonings and garlic.
