Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
My wife and I loved this recipe. She said it was the best roast pork loin that she ever tasted. I added two more ingredients that worked well with the recipe: rosemary and garlic.

Ladolemono - Lemon Oil Sauce for Fish or Chicken
It is a simple yet versatile and great tasting marinade that can be used on a variety of meat and seafood products. Very traditionally Greek. Like my dad used to make!
