Always on the lookout for yummy desserts I can try out. Potato salad! My gradmother had a very simple recipe for potato salad that I use. It's always requested for Thanksgiven and Christmas dinners with my family. ---Stew. There are so many versions, but I found a simple one that I know will always be liked. ---Chicken and Spinach Crepes. I searched long and hard for a recipe to my liking. I never found one, so I created one. It's now one of my favorite meals! ---Cheesecake. I'm always on the lookout for cheesecake recipes. I have found one that is a keeper. ---Baklava! I started to get good with Phyllo dough, so I tried Baklava. It was a disaster.
