Famous Butter Chicken
Yum, yum, yum! This is on the menu at our home almost every week. I've also tried this recipe with Keebler Club crackers and it's delicious! Definitely a five star recipe! *****

Famous Pork Chops
These pork chops were pretty good! I agree with others to use half the butter. I would probably use only 2 eggs instead of 3 next time... as there were plenty of eggs left over. I found that 1 cup of cracker crumbs was also a tad bit much. FYI, to get 1 cup of crackers it took almost an entire sleeve of Ritz crackers. I think about 20 crackers would be enough for 4 pork chops. One last thing, I didn't see the part to cover the pork chops while baking and I thought mine turned out pretty good. Overall I thought this was a 4 star recipe. **** On a side note, I also do this similiar recipe with chicken breast... yummy! (See Famous Butter Chicken also submitted by Heather.)

Tortilla Beef Bake
Absolutley delicious!!! A definite 5 star recipe and will be served at our home often! I thought the can of cream of chicken soup was an odd ingredient but turned out fabulous! Well done!
