Baby Back Ribs
I had my own rib cookoff at my house and these were rated #1 out of 3. I cooked them at 250 for 4 hours. They were the juciest of the 3 with the best flavor, but they didn't fall off the bone, maybe i will try their cooking recommendations next time.

Asian Chicken Salad
Very good, I added cilantro, almonds, and mandarine oranges which was really good. I decreased the amount of oil and added crunchy chow mein noodles too. This would be good with cabbage also.

Taco Beef and Pasta
My husband and family loved this recipe, I did make a few changes, I used gound beef and browned it with garlic and about half of the taco packet. Then Added pinto beans, 1.5 cups of 2 different salsas (I ran out) and 1/2 cup of water. cooked for a bit, then added the pasta and cooked for a little more. Topped with cheese, then cilantro, and added some sour cream too. My husband kept making the yummy sound. I thought it was really good too. Thanks for sharing!
