I am a stay-at-home mom of fraternal twin girls (July 2005). I'm very happily married to my prince charming. I'm not fond of cooking. It's only done because it HAS to be. I'm big on Dream Dinners because it takes the prep work and clean up out of cooking. But on the days we don't eat Dream Dinners, I cook my best dishes. Meatloaf; Artichoke Dip; Chicken Enchilada with white sauce; Chicken and Rice with mushroom soup; Crock Pot Pork Ribs. My mom made my favorite menu on special occasions: Fried Chicken Legs; Mashed Potatoes w/White Gravy; Corn on the Cob; Watermelon. Making a VERY good meatloaf I have those almost every day. So, there are too many to list. Although, I will say that any recipe submitted by me is very good because they are the VERY few that I've perfected.
